摘　　要：采用2号ABT生根粉、IBA和NAA 3种植物生产调节剂,浓度均为50、100、200、300mg/L和清水处理对大果沙棘插穗进行处理,观察大果沙棘嫩枝扦插生根的情况。结果表明,NAA 200mg/L处理的大果沙棘插穗的生根情况最好,生根率最高,为79.98%;生根条数最多,为8.64cm;平均根长最长,为8.38cm。Three kinds of exterior hormones were used to deal with the cuttings of Hippophae rhamnoides and observed the plant rooting condition. The results show that NAA solution 200 mg/L treatment had the best rooting rate of cuttings, reaching 79.98% ; the number of root is the highest, which is 8. 64 era; the average root length was the longest which was 8. 38 cm.
