摘  要:目的探讨中西医结合治疗的方式预防老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓形成的临床效果。方法选择我院收治的76例老年股骨颈骨折后行髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组38例与观察组38例,对照组行单纯西医及功能锻炼预防深静脉血栓(DVT)形成,观察组在此基础上加用自拟经验方行中西医结合治疗。观察两组患者血液流变学、血浆D-二聚体水平,及DVT发生率差异,并进行统计学分析。结果术前及术后1天患者血浆D-二聚体水平无差异,P>0.05,在治疗14天后,观察组显著低于对照组,P=0.006;治疗前两组患者血液流变学指标无差异,P>0.05,但是在完成治疗后,观察组患者指标显著低于对照组,P<0.05;对照组DVT发生率为16.7%,显著高于观察组的5.6%,P=0.047。结论采用中西医结合疗法,可以有效预防老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术后DVT形成。Objectives To explore the clinical effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods Old femoral neck fractures were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,the control group was treated with simple western medicine to prevent the formation of DVT,on this basis,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese Medicine. The changes of hemorheology,D two polymer levels,and the incidence of DVT in the two groups were observed. Results After the completion of treatment,the level of D two polymer was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,P = 0. 006,the blood rheology indexes of observation group were lower than that of control group,P〈0. 05,the incidence of DVT in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,P = 0. 047. Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy can effectively prevent the formation of DVT after hip replacement in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.
