快速康复外科理念在舌癌围手术期护理的应用观察

摘　　要：目的观察快速康复外科理念在舌癌围手术期护理中运用的效果。方法选取舌癌行皮瓣移植患者,分为对照组和干预组各30例,对照组采取常规护理模式并在出院前进行康复训练指导;干预组运用快速康复外科理念和方法实施心理、营养、气道等方面的干预,并在术后第3天起进行早期康复训练。两组分别于术后2周和2月进行评价。结果干预组在体重、满意度、吞咽和语音方面明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舌癌患者围手术期护理中运用快速康复外科理念可明显减少并发症,促进功能恢复。Objectives To observe the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept applied in tongue cancer perioperative nursing effect.Methods Selection of tongue cancer flap transplantation patients were divided into control group and intervention group 30 cases,control group take routine nursing mode and in front of the hospital rehabilitation training guidance; Intervention group using rapid rehabilitation surgery concept and method of implementation of psychological,nutrition,airway intervention,and 3 days of the early rehabilitation training after surgery. The two groups were evaluated at week and 2 week after surgery. Results Intervention group in terms of weight,degree of satisfaction,swallowing and speech was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Perioperative nursing of patients with tongue cancer using rapid rehabilitation surgery concept can obviously reduce the complications and promote the functional recovery.
