摘 要:将从龙脑樟提取天然冰片传统工艺中的单级冷却水冷凝改为两级分段冷凝,第一级为空气冷凝,第二级为冷却水冷凝,采用正交试验和单因素试验研究原料浸泡时间、料水比以及蒸馏时间对产品收率的影响,并对蒸馏釜残液进行套用,研究套用次数对产品收率及纯度的影响.结果表明,原料浸泡24 h,料水比1∶5,蒸馏时间30℃~35℃条件下30 min,5℃~10℃条件下60 min,天然冰片收率可达1.2%,纯度达95%,蒸馏釜液套用6次后的收率均维持在1.1%~1.2%,釜液的套用对产品的收率和纯度未造成明显的影响.The single stage condensation only using fluid water in the traditional extraction process of naturalborneol from Cinnamomum Camphora was modified by two-stage condensation using air in first stage and fluidwater in second stage. The effect of raw material-to-water ratio,steep time of raw material and distillation timeon the yield of borneol was explored by the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The residualliquid in flask was reused to the next extraction process and the effect of reuse times on the yield and purity ofborneol was also tested. The yield and purity of borneol are respectively 1.2% and 95% at the rawmaterial-to-water ratio of 1:5,the steep time of 24 h,the distillation time of 30 min at 30 ℃-35 ℃,or60 min at 5 ℃-10 ℃. The yield of borneol keeps at 1.1%-1.2% when the residual liquid in flask is reused forsix times,demonstrating that the reuse of the residual liquid in flask has no significant influence on the yieldand purity of the products.
