摘  要:目的在医用LED设备的光生物安全性评价中,目前尚无相关标准详细规定不同医用LED设备的光谱辐亮度应如何进行测量,而不同的测量方法和测量方案对测试结果的影响很大,本文将研究一种适用于医用LED设备的光谱辐亮度测量方案。方法本研究基于人眼简化模型,利用凸透镜成像的原理针对不同光束类型进行测量,研究并给出不同情况下表观光源和光谱辐亮度的检测原理和检测方法,并实现了实际测量。结果测量结果与医用LED设备的光生物安全性分类一致。结论在实际测量过程中,应根据设备的光束类型选择合适的测试方案,以实现光谱辐亮度的精确测量。Objective In the process of light biological safety evaluation for medical LED equipments,there are no standards to detail how to measure the spectral radiance. Also different measurement methods can result in a great impact on the test results. This article examines one measurement program of spectral radiance for medical LED device. Methods Based on the principles of the simplified model of human eyes,this paper uses the convex imaging principle to classify the medical LED devices according to the beam types. Also this paper studies and gives the detection principle and test methods for the measurement of apparent source and spectral radiance under different situations which is achieved in actual measurement. Results The measurement result is consistent to the optical safety classification for medical LED equipment. Conclusions In order to achieve accurate measurement of spectral radiance,the appropriate test program should be selected according to the type of light beam.
