摘　　要：红色文化是高校思想政治理论课教学实践中最为宝贵的教学资源,尤其对于接受了更多的学术训练,更具理性思维,更重理论联系实际,更显批判继承能力,更富开拓创新精神的研究生而言,以红色文化涵育之,更凸显了对其理论品味的尊重。所以,如何在高校研究生思想政治教育过程中传承红色文化直接关系研究生培养质量,已成为高校思想政治理论必须面对的现实问题。本文则重点阐明了立足于红色资源基础,构建"1+6+8+1"工作模式,强化研究生思想政治教育实践的具体方法。Red culture is the most precious teaching resource for the teaching practice of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. For postgraduate students with more academic training, rational thinking, theory-practice combination awareness, critical and inheritance ability, and in-novation spirit, red culture highlights the respect for their theo-retical taste. Therefore, how to inherit red culture in the ideolog-ical and political education of postgraduate students is directly related to the quality of postgraduate cultivation, having become a realistic issue that must be settled by ideological and political theory educators in colleges and universities. This paper focuses on the specific methods to enhance the effectiveness of the ideo-logical and political education of postgraduate students by con-structing the ＂1＋6＋8＋1＂ working mode based on red resources.
