摘　　要：研究生创新能力的培养是建设创新型国家的客观需要。本文从思想政治教育视角,分析了思政教育对理工科研究生创新价值观、创新型人格以及创新实践能力的导向作用,可为后续研究生创新能力的培养模式提供理论借鉴和方法指导。Postgraduate innovation training is the need of building a creative country. From the perspective of ideological and political education, this paper analyzes the guiding effect of ideological and political education on postgraduate innovation values, innovation personality, and practical ability. The results can provide some the-oretical reference and methodological guidance for the training of innovative abilities of postgraduate students.
