摘 要:目的:探讨团体辅导对大学生就业心理的干预效果。方法:将被试分为实验组与对照组,实验组参与团体辅导,对照组不给予任何干预,使用《高校毕业生就业焦虑问卷》与《团体辅导主观反馈表》进行效果评估。结果:实验组大学生的就业焦虑生理反应、就业自信不足、未来工作紧张与就业焦虑总体水平得分均低于对照组大学生(p<0.05),尤其是未来工作紧张与就业焦虑总体水平得分与对照组大学生存在极其显著的差异(p<0.01)。结论:团体辅导能有效缓解大学生的就业焦虑,增强自信心。Objective: To explore the effect of group counseling on college students' employment psychology. Methods: The sub-jects were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group took part in group counseling, while the control group was not given any intervention. "The Question-naire of College Graduates' Empioyment Anxiety " and "The Group Counseling Subjective Feedback Form" were conducted to evaluate the effect. Results: The experimental group students' overall scores about physiological reaction of employment anx-iety, lack of self-confidence of employment, future work tense and overall level of employment anxiety were lower than those of control group students (P〈0.05). the scores were in extremely significant difference when they were compared with the control group, especially in the parts of future work tense and overall level of employment anxiety (P〈0.01). Conclusion: Group coun-seling can effectively alleviate the employment anxiety of college students and enhance their self-confidence.
