摘　　要：随着我国研究生毕业人数的日益攀升,研究生的就业与创业问题已经初露端倪。本文分析了理工科研究生就业与创业的总体形势,认为理工科研究生在就业与创业方面具有各自的优势和局限性。过硬的专业知识,较高的综合素养有助于研究生在各个领域找到自己合适的岗位。同时,需要克服科学与技术之间脱节、经验不足及大环境的负面影响。在创业的道路上,顺应国家的政策、充满创业的热情、保持积极的心态,同时克服专业知识匮乏,增强风险意识,必定能在创业的道路上越走越远。Along with the increasing number of graduate stu-dents of our country, graduate employment and entrepreneurship have occurred. This paper analyzed the general situation of the employment and entrepreneurship, the advantages, and the lim-itations of graduate students in science and engineering. It was believed that the excellent professional knowledge and a high level of comprehensive literacy benefit for finding their own po-sitions of graduate students in various fields. At the same time, they need to overcome the gap between science and technology, the shortness of experience and the impact of negative policies. On the facet of entrepreneurship, the graduate students will be able to venture on the road to go farther while they comply with national policies, fill in entrepreneurial enthusiasm and main-tain a positive attitude. Meanwhile, overcoming the shortness of professional knowledge of entrepreneurship and enhancing risk awareness are also necessary.
