摘 要:目的基于北京市名老中医王鸿谟教授气色诊法理论,探讨卵巢储备功能下降(DOR)患者面部色诊及舌诊信息并进行分析。方法选取120例DOR患者作为DOR组,从中选择30例脾肾阳虚型患者作为脾肾阳虚组;选取健康女性120例作为健康组,从中随机选择30例作为对照组。采集所有入选者面部及舌部图像,将图像进行数字化分析,提取数据并进行统计比较。结果 DOR组和健康组舌质和舌苔RGB值比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。肉眼观察DOR组肾区色部略暗,光泽度差,肾区色部RGB值均明显高于健康组(P均<0.05);DOR组部分患者肝区和脾区色部略暗,或有光泽度差,肝部及脾部RGB值略有升高,但与健康组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。肉眼观察脾肾阳虚组舌色略淡,舌质RGB值均明显低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组舌苔RGB值比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。肉眼观察脾肾阳虚组肾区色部暗淡,光泽度差,肾区色部RGB值均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);脾区色部略淡,或有光泽度差,脾部G值和B值均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05);部分患者肝区色部略暗,肝部R值明显高于对照组(P<0.05),G值和B值与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论通过王鸿谟教授面部气色客观化评价,DOR患者具有肾区色部变化的特征;脾肾阳虚型DOR患者面部气色特征在脾及肾部发生了明显的RGB变化,舌诊也同样支持这一变化,符合脾肾阳虚证DOR的证候规律,可以辅助临床诊断。Objective It is to explore analyze the face and tongue color diagnosis information of diminished ovarian reserve( DOR) patients based on the Beijing old TCM professor WANG Hongmo theory of color diagnostic method. Methods 120 cases of DOR and 120 cases of healthy women were selected and their face and tongue image were collected. Then the images were analyzed by digital processing approach to get statistical data which were compared between the two groups. 30 cases with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency DOR and 30 cases of healthy women were selected and their face and tongue image were collected. Results Compared with the healthy group,the kidney area was observed slightly darker color in case of DOR,statistics results showed that RGB value in DOR group was higher,the difference was significant( P〈0. 05),in which the G value had a very significant difference( P〈0. 05). Compared with the healthy group,tongue color was slightly lighter in spleen and kidney Yang deficiency DOR group,RGB values decline was lower in DOR group,the statistics results showed that there were significant differences( P〈0. 05). Compared with the healthy group,spleen and kidney area was observed slightly lighter or had poor gloss in cases of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency DOR,statistics results showed that G value was significant in three numerical values( P〈0. 05),B value were highly significant difference( P〈0. 05). RGB values increased significantly in renal area( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Based on professor WANG Hongmo theory of color diagnostic objective method,DOR patients have kidney area unit change color features. Spleen and kidney Yang deficiency DOR face significant changes in RGB,the same change in tongue,these results are correspond with the law of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency DOR,which can assist clinical diagnosis and evaluation of treatment.
