摘　　要："互联网+"简单来说就是将互联网与传统行业相结合,促进各行各业的发展,它代表一种新的经济形态。基于"互联网+"的背景下,通过对物流企业的转型发展进行深入的剖析,研究了其发展转型的必要性和可行性,并对"互联网+"背景下物流企业的发展提出相关建议,切实提高物流企业运输效率,降低物流成本,积极引导物流行业的结构性改革。＂Internet plus＂ simply say is the combination of Internet and traditional industries, promote the development of all walks of life, it represents a new form of economy.This paper based on the ＂internet plus＂ background,by in-depth analysis through the transformation and development of logistics enterprises, analyzes the necessity and feasibility of its development and transformation, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of logistics enterprises under the background of ＂internet plus＂, so as to effectively improve the transport efficiency of logistics enterprises, reduce logistics costs, and actively guide the structural reform of logistics industry.
