摘　　要：结合当前工业工程专业生产实习现状,以团队解决问题能力培养为导向的新的生产实习方式,以期能够获得提高专业学生的实践能力、创新能力和创造性思维,激发学生学习的针对性、积极性和主动性,提高生产实习教学质量的新途径。Combined with the current status of ＂working practice＂ course for Industrial Engineering Major, the team solving problem-oriented reform and exploration is adopted, in order to improve the students＇ practice ability, innovation ability and creative thinking, stimulate students＇ pertinence, enthusiasm and initiative in learning, so as to improve the teaching quality of production practice.
