摘  要:以高锰酸钾(KMn O4)/硫酸(H2SO4)为引发剂,制备了S-AM(淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺)絮凝剂。研究结果表明:当AM浓度为0.8~1.0 mol/L、H2SO4浓度为0.7 mol/L、KMn O4浓度为0.45 mol/L、接枝反应温度为70℃和反应时间为3 h时,可得到较高接枝率和接枝效率的S-AM絮凝剂;以该絮凝剂对某化工企业废水进行处理,当S-AM絮凝剂净含量为0.15 mg/L时,其对废水的处理效果相对最佳,即浊度去除率为87.6%、COD去除率(67.4%)相对最高,并且絮凝沉淀后的水质可达到国家排放标准。With potassium permanganate ( KMnO4)/sulfuric acid (H2SO4) as initiators, a S-AM ( starch graftedacrylamide) flocculant was prepared. The research results showed that the S-AM flocculant with higher graftingratio and grafting efficiency was obtained when AM, H2SO4 and KMnO4 concentrations were 0.8-1.0,0.7,0.45 mol/L respectively, and grafting reaction temperature and time were 70 ℃ and 3 h respectively. When the flocculant was used for treating industrial wastewater of some chemical enterprise, it had the relatively best effect in treating wastewater when S-AM flocculant net content was 0.15 mg/L because turbidity removal rate was 87.6%, and COD removal rate (67.4%) was relatively highest, and the effluent after flocculation precipitation can meet the national discharge standard.
