摘 要:将3种胶粘剂体系(如205/252体系、813/821体系和P-11/538体系等)分别与不同金属基材(如铁片、镀锌片和不锈钢等)进行金属-三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)的粘接,并比较了不同胶接件的粘接效果。研究结果表明:当涂膜厚度为5~25μm、硫化温度为135~185℃和硫化时间为15 min时,813/821体系中铁片-EPDM胶接件的粘接效果相对最好。The metal-EPDM bonded samples were prepared when three kinds of adhesive systems (such as 205/252 system, 813/821 system and P-11/538 system) were respectively used for bonding between different metal substrates(such as iron sheet, galvanized sheet and stainless steel) and EPDM. And the bonding results of different bonded samples were compared. The research results showed that the bonding result of iron sheet-EPDM bonded sample in 813/821 system was relatively best when coating thickness was 5-25 μm, curing temperature and time were 135-185 ℃ and 4-15 min respectively.
