摘 要:印尼某含镍钴氧化铁矿含大量易泥化土状褐铁矿和高岭石粘土矿物,不利于矿石分选。在对矿石进行工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用脱泥分级试验,对矿石特性及脱泥机理进行了分析。筛析试验结果表明,+0.105 mm级别中Co累计品位0.320%,累计回收率56.47%,因此可以通过对矿石脱泥分级,实现粗粒级中有价元素Co的有效富集。Indonesia low grade iron oxide ore containing Ni and Co is mainly composed of a large number of easy to slime limonite and kaolinite clay minerals,which have unfavorable effects on ore separation.Based on analysis of process mineralogy of the ore,desliming-classification tests are carried out,and characteristics of the ore and the mechanism of desliming are investigated.Sieve analysis test shows that in the level of the coarse grain above 0.105 mm,Co concentrate with grade of 0.320%,recovery of 56.47%is obtained,thus Co in the coarse grain can be recovered effectively by desliming- classification tests.
