摘　　要：齿轮传动是机械传动中最重要的传动之一,形式多样,应用广泛。开式齿轮传动受其结构特点和使用环境的限制,多在低速重载运转的设备上使用。为了节约成本及精益化生产的需求,齿轮副中的大齿轮在报废之前,均调换工作面持续使用。The gear drive is one of the most important kind in mechanical transmission.It is widely used in many fields.Due to its structural characteristics and use environmental restrictions,the open mesh gear is usually used on machines which run in lower speed and heavy loading.In order to save the cost and to meet the requirement of lean production,the big gear in the gear pair can be used to continue by changing working face before it is scrapped,
