针刺联合强精助育胶囊对弱精子症患者精子活力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合强精助育胶囊对弱精子症患者精子活力的影响。方法将104例弱精子症患者随机分为2组。治疗组52例予针刺联合强精助育胶囊治疗,对照组52例予绒毛膜促性腺激素治疗。2组均1个月为1个疗程,3个疗程后统计临床疗效,并观察2组治疗前后精子活力变化。结果治疗组总有效率92.31%,对照组总有效率73.08%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。2组治疗后精子活力均明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合强精助育胶囊对弱精子症患者精子活力有明显的改善效果,有助于提高受孕率。Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture combined with Qiangjing- zhuyu capsule on sperm motility in patient with asthenospermia. Methods 104 patients with asthenosperimia were randomly divided into two groups. 52 cases in treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with Qiangjing- zhuyu capsule,and 52 cases in control group were treated by chorionic gonadotropin. The treatment course was one month in two groups. The curative effect was evaluated after 3 courses. The sperm motility before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（ 92. 31%） was superior to that in control group（ 73. 08%,P〈0. 05）. The sperm motility after treatment was enhanced in two groups（ P〈0. 05）,and the improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Qiangjing- zhuyu capsule can significantly improve the sperm motility in patient with asthenospermia,which contribute to raising pregnancy rate.
