武术散打鞭腿击打力量的实验研究

摘  要:为了分析鞭腿击打效果,采用文献资料法和实验法,对不同级别运动员鞭腿的三种击打方法(高鞭腿、中鞭腿、低鞭腿)进行实验研究。研究结果显示:(1)鞭腿原地单次击打时,平均力度最大的是低鞭腿,其次是中鞭腿,再次是高鞭腿。(2)鞭腿原地连续击打时,连续低鞭腿击打平均力度最大,其次是中鞭腿,再次是高鞭腿;其中连续低鞭腿的击打力度稳定性最高,连续中鞭腿击打力度稳定性其次,连续高鞭腿击打稳定性最小。(3)鞭腿上步击打时,平均力度最大的是低鞭腿,其次是中鞭腿,再次是高鞭腿。(4)鞭腿上步连续击打时,连续低鞭腿击打平均力度最大,其次是中鞭腿,再次是高鞭腿;其中连续低鞭腿的击打力度稳定性最高,连续中鞭腿稳定性其次,连续高鞭腿稳定性最小。In order to analyze the strikingforce effect of whip- leg,use the methods of literature and experimental,made the experimental research about different levels of whip Legstriking which include three striking method( high leg whip,middle leg whip,lower leg whip). The results show that:( 1) in single leg whip hit,the average maximum intensity is low leg whip,the second was leg whip,the third high leg whip.( 2) When the whip hitting leg- sit continuous,the lower leg whip hitting have maximum power,the middle leg whip was second,highleg whip hitting was third; and the strength stability is the best when used continuous low blows whip leg,the middle leg whip was second,highleg whip hitting was third;( 3) when used stepleg whip striking,the average maximum intensity is low leg whip,followed by the leg whip,the high leg whip was third.( 4) In the movement of the leg whip hit,the lowintensity leg whip hitting was most powerful,the second was the middle leg whip,the last was high whip leg hit; the highest strength stability in movement was low blows whip leg,the second was middle leg whip,the high leg whip was third.
