摘  要:为了提高汽车燃油的利用率,在汽车轮胎里嵌入PVDF压电膜,利用PVDF材料的正压电效应将汽车行驶时的无效机械能转换成交流电能;通过整流、滤波电路将交流电能变成直流电能,预储存于超级电容中;再通过高效率的DC/DC转换器将超级电容中的电能转存到蓄电池中.在轮胎压力发电系统设计中先确定出PVDF压电膜的最佳几何尺寸和电路结构,使PVDF压电膜机电能量转换效率最高并设计出低能耗传输电路,使电能传输效率最大.实验结果表明该汽车轮胎压力发电系统能有效利用机械能,具有较好的经济价值.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the fuel,PVDF piezoelectric film is always embedded in the tires to transform the additional mechanical energy generated by the running vechicle into electrical energy by using PVDF positive piezoelectric effect. AC power is converted into DC power through a rectifier and filter circuit,which can be stored in the super capacitor; then through the efficient DC / DC converter,the electric energy is stored in the battery. It is critical to determine the optimal geometrical size of PVDF piezoelectric film and circuit structure to improve the electromechanical energy conversion efficiency and design a transmission circuit with low power consumption. According to this method,a practical and efficient automobile tire pressure power generation system can be designed.
