摘　　要：机械搅拌系统由于受多种因素影响,极易出现搅拌耙变形、断裂、螺栓松动断裂、连杆断裂扭曲等故障而停机,造成主机无法正常运行。经分析,将机械搅拌系统改为气动搅拌系统可彻底解决该问题,并产生很好的经济和社会效益。Subject to several influential factors, mechanical mixing system is prone to shut down from rabble rake deformation and break, bolts loose and break as well as connecting rod break and distortion, causing the main machine unable to operate normally. Through analysis, this problem can be totally solved by changing mechanical mixing system to pneumatic mixing system and good economic and social benefits are obtained.
