摘　　要：目的 比较头孢克洛缓释胶囊和头孢氨苄治疗急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的效果。方法 选取我中心2015年2月~2016年2月诊治的110例急性细菌性上呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各55例。对照组采用头孢氨苄治疗,观察组采用头孢克洛缓释胶囊治疗。比较两组的疗效及改善情况。结果 观察组的治疗有效率为96.36%,显著高于对照患者的85.45%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的咳嗽、喉痛、发热以及啰音消失时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组的病原菌清除率为92.30%,显著高于对照组的82.26%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的满意度为96.36%,显著高于对照组的83.63%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 头孢克洛缓释胶囊治疗急性细菌性上呼吸道感染的效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the effect of Cefaclor Sustained-Release Capsule and Cephalexin in the treatment of acute bacterial infection of the upper respiratory tract.Methods 110 cases of acute bacterial infection of the upper respiratory tract in our center from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cephalexin,while the observation group was treated with Cefaclor Sustained-Release Capsules.The curative effect and improvement condition of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 85.45% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The disappeared time of cough,sore throat,fever and tales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The scavenging rate of pathogenic bacteria in the observation group was 92.30%,which was higher than 82.26% in the the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 96.36%,which was higher than 83.63% of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of Cefaclor Sustained-Release Capsules in the treatment of acute bacterial infection of the upper respiratory tract is significant,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
