摘　　要：目的 探讨临床护理路径在晚期血吸虫病巨脾型患者标准化管理中的临床应用效果。方法 选取2012年5月~2015年10月晚期血吸虫病巨脾型患者52例作为研究对象,依据护理方式不同分组,对照组（26例）行常规护理,观察组（26例）应用临床护理路径,比较两组临床疗效与护理满意度。结果 观察组患者住院费用、下床时间、排气时间、住院时间均短于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后并发症情况,观察组2例（7.69%）少于对照组的9例（34.62%）;观察组满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 应用临床护理路径后,晚期血吸虫病巨脾型患者临床疗效得到显著改善,且并发症发生率显著降低,患者满意度明显提高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of clinical nursing path in patients with advanced schistosomiasis splenomegaly standardized management.Methods 52 patients with giant spleen type advanced schistosomiasis from May 2012 to October 2015 as object of study,according to different ways of care,they were divided into two groups.The con- trol group （26 cases） was given routine care,the observation group（26 cases） was given the application of clinical nurs- ing path,clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results The cost of hospitalization of patients in the observation group,bed time,exhaust time,length of hospital stay was significantly shorter than that of control group （P〈 0.05）;postoperative complications of observed group had 2 cases （7.69%）less than that of control group of 9 cases （34.62%）, and patient satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%,higher than 80.77% of control group,the difference was sig- nificant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of clinical nursing path,the clinical efficacy of advanced schistosomiasis pa- tients with splenomegaly has significantly improved,and significant reduction in complications,patient＇ satisfaction has improved significantly.
