ZSM-5/Y核-壳复合分子筛的合成、表征及其催化性能研究

摘　　要：以ZSM-5前驱体为硅源,采用水玻璃和硫酸铝、偏铝酸钠、水玻璃为铝源和硅源,经两步晶化法合成出核-壳MFZ(MFI-FAU-Zeolite)复合分子筛;通过XRD、SEM、FT-IR、NH_3-TPD等表征手段,对MFZ复合材料的结构、酸性和形貌进行了研究;考察并分析了MFZ复合分子筛在异丙基苯裂解反应中的性能,及其酸性与孔结构在反应中的作用。结果表明,MFZ复合分子筛强、弱酸的比例优于Y与ZSM-5的机械混合物,说明MFZ复合分子筛不是单纯的机械混合物,其弱酸量相对增多,强酸量相对减少而发生的协同作用有利于提升裂解反应过程中的抗结焦能力,从而延长了自身使用寿命。A core-shell MFI-FAU-Zeolite（ MFZ） composite molecular sieve is synthesized by two-steps hydrothermal crystallization method,using pre-synthesized ZSM-5 precursor as silicon source of zeolite Y. The new silicon source and aluminum source are also added to adjust the gel system to an appropriate range. The framework,crystals patterns and acid property of MFZ composite molecular sieve are characterized by XRD,SEM,FT-IR and NH3-TPD. The properties,pore structure and acidity in isopropyl benzene cracking of this composite molecular sieve are studied. The results show that MFZ composite molecular sieve has better ratio of strong and weak acid,illustrating that MFZ composite molecular sieve is not a simply mixed product of Y and ZSM-5. The synergistic effect is attributed to the relatively increased amount of weak acid and decreased amount of strong acid,which is helpful to improve the anti-coking performance and extend its service life.
