摘 要:仿真分析不同因素作用下的直流继电器稳态电弧特性。对商用计算流体力学软件Fluent进行二次开发,基于三维磁流体动力学(MHD)理论建立了直流继电器三维电弧仿真模型。通过适当地改变电导率或热导率仿真了直流继电器稳态电弧的温度分布及电压大小,分析了电弧的影响机理,并在此基础上仿真分析了直流继电器电弧在不同银蒸气浓度以及不同压强作用下的电弧特性。结果表明,在一定的范围内,电弧最高温度和电压均随着银蒸气浓度以及压强大小的改变表现出一定的变化规律。This paper simulated and analyzed the steady-state arc characteristics of DC relay with the effects of different factors. By developing commercial computational fluid dynamics software Fluent, based on the theory of magnetohydrodynamics(MHD), the simulation model of 3D arc of the DC relay was established. By appropriately adjusting the value of electrical conductivity or thermal conductivity, the arc temperature profile and voltage were simulated, and the influence mechanism of the arc was analyzed. On the above basis, the steady-state arc characteristics of DC relay were analyzed with the effects of different silver vapor concentration and different pressure. The results show that both maximum temperature and voltage of arc represent some special variation pattern with the above effects in a certain range.
