摘 要:文章针对再制造混合生产条件下的产品生产/再制造成本优化问题,考虑实际的回收能力不足和回收品质量的不确定性2种情况,建立了新的产品生产/再制造流程系统模型及相应的生产成本函数,推导出单位时间产品生产/再制造总成本关于时间和再制造比例的函数关系,并对其最优解情形进行理论分析和模拟验证,实现了逆向物流中的产品生产/再制造成本优化。将回收品质量的不确定性定义为回收品质量分布函数的不确定性,引入不确定性函数来衡量某个质量等级的概率,并对成本函数最优解特性进行理论分析和模拟实验,表明引入的质量不确定性函数可以更准确地描述回收品质量的不确定性所带来的成本函数变化。Considering the.actual insufficient recovery capacity and quality uncertainty of remanufacturing, a new product manufacturing/remanufacturing process system and the corresponding mathematical model are established to solve the product manufacturing/remanufacturing cost optimization problem under the hybrid production conditions. Firstly, the optimization problem of manufacturing/remanufacturing cost in reverse logistics is solved by the function of production per unit time/remanufacturing total cost with respect to time and remanufacturing proportion, which is theoretically ana- lyzed and simulated. Then the quality uncertainty of the recycled product is defined as the uncertainty of distribution function, which brings in the uncertainty function to measure the probability and un- certainty of certain quality level. It is proved that the quality uncertainty function can describe the changes of the cost function caused by the uncertainty of recycled product quality more accurately.
