摘　　要：既有线施工,最难的就是封锁施工,如何确保施工安全和行车安全,并且正点开通是大家关注的问题。笔者通过多次封锁施工总结,从施工方案选择、人员配置、设备配置、材料配置、其他配合等问题分工序多次统计易出现的问题,制定对策,并从实际施工中进行演练,系统梳理取得了一定的效果,望在以后施工中可以借鉴。建议在以后的施工中研制滑移设备,减少单位时间内人员作业强度,确保正点开通。Block construction is the most difficult content in existing lines construction. How to ensure construction safety and traffic safety, and the punctual opening is the problem of attention. Based on practical experience, the author summarizes the easily occurred problems from construction scheme selection, staffing, equipment, materials, and other aspects, proposes countermeasures and rehearse in practice. Certain effect has been obtained. It is hoped that this study can provide reference for construction in the future. The author suggests to develop glide equipment in the later construction to reduce staff work strength per unit time, and to ensure punctual opening.
