海华纺织厂纱线质量改善的问题研究

摘　　要：随着经济全球化日益发展,质量已成为企业生存和发展的重要决定因素,而早在1998年,美国著名质量管理专家朱兰博士就在美质协年会上提出:"21世纪是高科技发展的质量世纪"[1]。如今,这一论断已被世界各国的质量界普遍接受。焦作市海华纺织公司的质量水平低下,已成为制约企业发展的关键因素。文章对影响企业质量的几个关键因素,综合运用层次分析法、问卷调查法和人因工程学的相关知识、进行分析,提出相关的合理的解决方案,并对改善前后的效果进行了评估。With the developing of economic globalization,the quality has become the important determinant of enterprise survival and development. In 1998, the famous American quality management expert Dr Juran presented at the annual meeting of American Society for Quatity： ＂The 21st century is the quality of the high-tech development ＂. Now, this thesis has been generally accepted by the community around the world. The quality level of Jiaozuo Haihua Textile Company is low, which has become the key factor restricts the development of the enterprise. With the integrated use of Analytic Hierarchy Process, questionnaire survey method and human factors engineering related knowledge, this paper puts forward relevant reasonable solution and evaluates the effects of improvement.
