摘　　要：目的:探讨膀胱造瘘术后家庭护理及健康指导。方法:膀胱造瘘术患者50例,随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=25)。对照组常规护理,观察组经家庭护理及健康指导予以干预,比较两组不良反应发生率以及患者满意度。结论:观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果:家庭护理结合健康指导可减少膀胱造瘘术后不良反应,提高患者满意度。Objective. To explore the home care and health guidance for postoperative cystostomy Methods. 50 cases of bladder ostomy patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group （n=25） and control group （n= 25）. The control group received routine nursing, observation group received home care and health guidance and intervention, then the incidence of adverse reactions as well as patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results.. The incidence of adverse reactions observation group was sig- nificantly lower than that of the control group, patient satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combi- nation of home care and health guidance can reduce adverse reactions after cystostomy and improve patient＇s satisfaction.
