摘  要:抽样调查了某市55个散装食用菜籽油样品的砷、铅和镉污染状况。结果发现:铅含量超标率为38.2%(21/55),其中加工作坊样品铅含量超标率高达48.0%(12/25),明显高于市场销售样品的30%(9/30);砷含量超标率为10.9%(6/55),其中塑料容器盛放样品砷含量超标率为18.8%(3/16),高于金属容器盛放样品的7.7%(3/39);镉检出率为41.8%(23/55),最高值为0.32 mg/kg,加工作坊样品镉含量高于市场销售样品,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),普通碳素钢设备生产样品镉含量高于不锈钢设备生产样品,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。The pollutions of As, Pb and Cd in 55 edible rapeseed oil samples in bulk from a city were investigated. The results showed that the reject rate of Pb content was 38.2% (21/55), and it was up to 48.0% (12/25)in small workshop samples, obviously higher than 30% (9/30) in samples on sale. The reject rate of As content was 10.9% (6/55), and it was 18.8% (3/16) in samples deposited in plastic container, obviously higher than 7.7% (3/39) in samples deposited in metal container. The detection rate of Cd was 41.8% (23/55), and the maximum value was 0.32 mg/kg. The content of Cd in small workshop samples was higher than that in market samples, and the difference had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). The content of Cd in samples processed by plain low carbon steel equipment was higher than that in samples processed by stainless steel equipment, and the difference had statistical significance (P 〈0.05).
