摘  要:大学的本质属性在于学术性。在多种权力并存的大学场域中,强化学术权力是大学治理的根本。本研究在梳理大学权力形态的变迁与博弈以及对国外大学学术治理个案研究的基础上,实证调查了中国大学学术权力现状,提出了构建中国大学学术治理体系的路径:以治学为宗旨,耦合权力关系,形成"四位一体"共治格局;以共治为理念,优化决策流程,完善学术治理体系;以院系为重心,健全运行机制,推行校、院(系)二级治理。The essential attribute of the university lies in its academic nature. Strengthening academic power is the fundamental of university governance in the field of multiple pow- ers. Based on the analysis of the changes and games of university powers' forms and the case study of academic governance in foreign universities, it investigated the current situation of academic power in Chinese universities and proposed the methods to construct the academic governance system. Firstly, with the purpose of scholarly research, power relationships should be combined to form the quaternity co-governance pattern; Secondly, with the idea of co-governance, decision process should be optimized to perfect the academic governance system; Thirdly, in the center of colleges and departments, the operating mechanism should be perfected to promote two-level governance between the university and the college.
