摘 要:随着全球气候变化,近年来风灾频率和强度呈上升趋势,树木和城市绿化的管理和保护凸显出重要性。对树木风灾机理和树木倒伏应用进展作了综述分析,包括国内外树木风灾机理的实验研究和模型研究,以及树木倒伏的评价参量和应对措施;进而分析了树木风灾研究的关键问题,提出了精细化有限元建模的重要性和考虑风荷载与树木参数随机性的必要性,特别指出了如何将树木倒伏这一自然灾害管理提高到风险管理的水平,做好树木抗风对策的研究,将是城市建设系统工程中重要的一环。Frequency and strength of wind-induced disasters expose change ~ The management and protection of trees and urban greening a growing tendency with the global climate are becoming an important issue. This paper e abroad, and the assessment parameters of trees lodging and corresponding preventive measures as well. Some key issues relevant to this topic were then analyzed. The importance of finite element modelling and the necessity to consider the randomness of wind loads and trees parameters were emphasized. The critical remark is that how to integrate the concept of risk management with the research of wind-induced lodging of trees in the current framework of hazard management, which underlies the wind-resistance policy of trees and would be one of the important components of urban construction.
