摘　　要：提高汕头开放水平,与汕头建设21世纪海上丝绸之路重要门户密切相关。研究认为,开放性与经济发展水平呈正向相关性,经济发展水平越高,开放水平越高。因此,全面深化改革,全方位对外开放,不断提高开放水平,这是汕头经济发展的必由之路。汕头依海而立,靠海而兴。海洋文化与"开放,创新,进取,敢为天下先"的潮汕文化内涵一致,与汕头开埠以来创造的辉煌一脉相承。"开放"是汕头的性格;"开放"代表着汕头的过去、现在、未来;打造海上丝绸之路重要门户,提升开放水平——这是汕头实现跨越式发展的战略选择。The enhancement of Shantou's opening degree is closely related with the city's construction of Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st century.Research shows that opening degree is highly correlated with the economic level, therefore the comprehensive reform and opening up is necessary for Shantou's economic development. The spirit of Chaoshan area agrees with maritime culture, and inherit the glory of the city's history since the port was opened. To construct a gateway of the Maritime Silk Road in the 21 st century and to promote the opening level are the strategies to achieve Shantou's leaping development.
