光偏振正交时域合成的微波三角波信号产生研究

摘　　要：本文提出并分析一种光偏振正交时域合成产生三角波信号的方案。该方案运用马赫曾德调制器的特性将恰当正弦调制的光信号利用偏振分束器分为偏振正交的两路,通过延时线让两路之间产生特定延时,再用偏振合束器合为一路,在光电检测后可获得微波三角波信号产生。理论上,对三角波的产生可行性进行推导分析。实验中分别得到重复频率为6 GHz,5 GHz,3GHz的三角波信号,波形清晰稳定。这一方案不但保持光子技术产生三角波方案的优势,而且实验结构简单,操作灵活,性能良好。A new scheme of photonic microwave triangular signal generation by using time-domain processing was proposed. In this scheme,a properly modulated sinusoidal signal,based on the characteristics of a MZM,was divided into two orthogonal channels by a polarization beam splitter. Two optical channels had a specific phase delay by tuning an ODL in one channel,and were recombined by a polarization beam combiner. Then a triangular waveform signal can be obtained after photo-detection. Theoretically,the produce feasibility of triangular waveform was analyzed. In the experiment,clear and steady triangular waveform signals with repetition frequencies of 6GHz,5GHz,3GHz,respectively were obtained. The scheme not only keeps the advantages of photonic technology in generating triangular waveform signal,but also presents simpler configuration,better flexibility and performance.
