摘  要:针对应用于电动汽车智能车轮的轮毂系统,开发设计出新一代一体化轮毂电机。根据设计需求给出了外转子轮毂电机的总体设计方案,对其主要尺寸以及整体电磁结构进行分析计算。采用Ansoft软件对磁化方向长度、极弧系数、气隙长度以及定子叠高等影响因素进行分析研究,以提高电机的输出性能。最后对样机进行了计算和试验测试,设计结果与实验结果相符,表明了设计分析的正确性。A new generation of integrated wheel hub motor was developed for the application of the wheel hub system of the electric vehicle. According to the design requirements, the overall design scheme of the outer rotor wheel hub motor was given, and the main ruler and the whole electromagnetic structure were ana- lyzed and calculated. The influence factors of magnetization direction length, pole arc coefficient, air gap length and stator lamination were analyzed by using Ansoft software to improve the output performance of the motor. Finally, the prototype was calculated and tested. The design results are in agreement with the experi- mental results, which shows the correctness of the design analysis,
