摘 要:设计了一套低成本、智能化的以STC89C52单片机作为主控制器的UPS系统。通过该单片机对市电异常电压进行监测,控制转换开关执行电网电力与蓄电池供电的切换,对蓄电池电压电流大小进行判断,完成对蓄电池恒流、恒压和浮充充电智能化充电管理。通过实验测试,对UPS输出电压进行了谐波分析,设计的系统不仅可以提高蓄电池的充电效率,还能有效地延长蓄电池的使用寿命,系统运行稳定可靠、成本低,电网与UPS系统供电切换快速可靠。A cheap and intellectualized UPS system is designed, and STC89C52 is a main controller in the system. The monitoring of abnormal voltage about commercial power by the single chip microcomputer, the switch between power supply and battery supply is completed through the single chip microcomputer to control transfer switch. And judgment for voltage current of battery by the single chip microcomputer, the intellectualized charging management is completed which is about constant current charging, constant voltage charge andfloating charge. The output voltage of UPS is analyzed by experiment test. The designed system not only can improve charge efficiency of battery, but also can efficiently prolong service life of battery, and this system is stable and reliable, low cost, the switching between power supply and UPS system supply is rapid and reliable.
