摘 要:目的:针对当前国家应急救援现场混乱、救援力量调度和救援资源分配不够合理,未形成准确、统一的以救援指挥中心为核心的资源调度体系的现状,提出一种对救援资源进行快速优化分配的算法。方法:分析应急救援任务优化调度的主要过程,抽取就近资源与现场需求的类型和规模,建立基于资源整合约束的调度模型和数学分析流程,并进行应用实验。结果:科学计划救援资源和优化调度可缩短整体救援任务的完成时间,经过模拟验证,可以推算出不同需求程度救援点的合理资源配置方案。结论:实验表明,算法合理、实用,能一定程度上实现救为所需,具有实际应用价值,为形成医学应急救援的辅助决策方案作出了基础研究和初步探索。Objective To propose a fast algorithm for rescue resources optimal allocation with considerations on defective rescue forces and resources coordination as well as absence of resources allocation system based on rescue command center.Methods An allocation model and a mathematical analysis process were put forward by analyzing the main process for emergency rescue optimal allocation as well as the types and scaleion of nearby resources and on-site requirements.Results Rescue resources optimal allocation contributed to the complete of emergency rescue, and simulation experiments showed allocation schemes could be generated for different rescue requirements. Conclusion The results proves the algorithm is reasonable and practical, which can be considered as the preliminary exploration for the aided decision of emergency medical rescue.
