摘　　要：目的:设计一种结构简单、成本较低、灵敏度高的血液透析穿刺点漏血监测装置。方法:该装置包括带体部分和监测部分。带体部分由弹力绷带制作而成,其一端与监测装置连接,另一端游离,并设有魔术贴粘合装置;监测部分包括监测盒和监测元件。结果:该装置操作简便,不影响患者治疗,能够随时监测到穿刺点渗血的情况,解决了患者在透析过程中漏血的安全隐患。结论:该装置在患者透析过程中发挥了较大作用,有效地避免了漏血不良事件的发生,减轻了护士的工作量。Objective To design a puncture point blood leakage monitoring device for the hemodialysis patients, which gains advantages in structure, cost and sensitivity. Methods The device was composed of a belt and a monitor. The belt was made of elastic bandage divided into two sections, of which, one was connected with the monitor while the other was free and equipped with Velcro tape. The monitor consisted of a monitoring box and corresponding components. Results The device was easy to operate, and eliminated the hidden risks for blood leakage during hemodialysis. Conclusion The device facilitates the hemodialysis, avoids the blood leakage effectively and decreases the nurse ＇s workload.
