血细胞和尿沉渣分析仪在胸腹水有核细胞计数中的应用

摘　　要：目的：评价血细胞和尿沉渣分析仪在胸腹水有核细胞计数中的应用。方法：用Sysmex-800i血细胞分析仪（方法1）、Sysmex-1000i血细胞分析仪（方法 2）、XE-2100D血细胞分析仪（方法 3）、UF-500i尿沉渣分析仪（方法 4）、改良牛鲍氏计数板（方法 5）分别对86例新鲜胸腹水标本做有核细胞计数,每份标本用每种方法重复测定2次,对每2种方法进行相关分析,然后用方法 5获得的数据根据浓度不同分为A、B、C 3组进行分析。结果：5种方法中每2种方法测得结果的相关系数为：0.809 3-0.999 5。t检验除方法 3 vs方法 4的P〈0.05,其他P〉0.05。A、B、C 3组其他4种方法与方法 5进行相关分析,除C组方法 4的相关系数r=0.974 9〉0.95外,其他的相关系数r〈0.95。结论：UF-500i（方法4）尿沉渣分析仪在胸腹水有核细胞计数中具有更高的临床应用价值。Objective To evaluate the application of blood cells and urine sediment analyzers to the nucleated cell count of hydrothorax and ascites. Methods Totally 86 pieces of hydrothorax and ascites specimens underwent two times of nucleated cell count detection with Sysmex-800 i blood cells analyzer（method 1）, Sysmex-1000 i blood cells analyzer（method 2）, XE-2100 D blood cells analyzer（method 3）, UF-500 i urine sediment analyzer（method 4） and improved cattle Powell counting board（method 5）, respectively. Correlation analyses were carried out between the results by every two methods, and the results by method 5 were divided into groups A, B and C according to the concentration. Results The correlation coefficients between the results by every two methods were restrained within 0.809 3 to 0.999 5, and t-test showed that the values of P were more than0.05 except those of method 3 and 4. Methods 1, 2, 3 and 4 had the correlation coefficients r with method 5 less than 0.95 when used to detect groups A, B and C, except that r value between methods 4 and 5 was 0.974 9. Conclusion UF-500 i urine sediment analyzer gains advantages in detecting nucleated cell count of hydrothorax and ascites.
