摘 要:3D生物打印技术在再生医学中的应用主要是基于患者独特的生理数据,按需打印出人体所需的组织和器官,该打印技术最初在医学中的应用仅限于对术前可视化模型、模具的构建。随着3D打印和生物技术的发展,3D生物打印技术逐渐应用在复杂组织再生(骨、软骨、血管等)和复杂器官三维微结构(肝脏、淋巴器官等)等方面。基于国内外研究资料,总结了3D生物打印技术的主要种类,阐述了3D生物打印技术在再生医学中的应用现状,并对其在医学中的应用进行了展望和总结。3D bioprinting technology is applied in regenerative medicine for tailored printing of human tissue based on patient's physiological data, which was initially used in fabrication of pre-surgical visualized models and molds. With the development of 3D printing and biological technologies, 3D bioprinting technology extended its application to the regeneration of complicated tissues such as bone, gristle and vessel as well as the 3D mircostructure of complicated organs including liver,lymphoid organ and etc. The main kinds of 3D bioprinting technologies were summarized based on literature survey, and its application in regenerative medicine was described. Medical application of 3D bioprinting technology was forcasted.
