摘　　要：文中探讨利用GPS技术在高海拔地区建立地方独立坐标系的方法,一是通过平移或缩放的方法建立地方独立坐标系,另一种为椭球膨胀法。利用GPS技术建立地方独立坐标系的方法经过实践,简单易用,有很强的可操作性。The paper discusses two methods to establish the local independent coordinate system in high altitude areas with GPS： one is about Pan/Zoom Method,the other,ellipsoid expansion method. And based on the practice affirmation,this system is easier and more feasible in practical application.
