摘　　要：应用PDHID气相色谱法,采用切割、放空等技术,一次性测定了高纯甲烷深度纯化后杂质含量。以外标法定值各微量杂质组分含量。重点讨论微量C_2H_6、C_3H_8的分离及检测问题。Using PDHID gas chromatography, with cutting, venting technical means and so on, purity content of product through deep purification experience of high-purity methane is determined at once. The external standard method is used to quantitative trace impurities. The separation and detection of trace amounts of ethane and propane were mainly discussed.
