摘　　要：目的加强医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)的质量管理,提升其药学服务水平,保证临床用药安全。方法对医院PIVAS的用药差错进行统计和分析,通过查阅文献,参考国内通过国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)标准认证的医院,并依据JCI标准,探索PIVAS用药差错的管理方法,进而提高PIVAS药品安全质量。结果与结论 JCI标准对于用药安全提出了更高的要求,在JCI思路的引导下,PIVAS在用药差错的管理上应更精细化、严谨化,充分发挥PIVAS的职能。Objective To strengthen the quality management of Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service（ PIVAS）,enhance the level of the pharmaceutical care and ensure the safety of clinical medication. Methods Medication errors in the PIVAS of the hospital were statistically analyzed through reviewing the literature and taking reference from the hospital which had passed the international hospital joint certification standard（ JCI standards） certification. The management methods of the PIVAS medication errors were explored based on the JCI standards,and the quality of PIVAS drug safety was improved. Results and Conclusion JCI standards put forward higher requirements for drug safety. Under the guidance of JCI,the management of medication errors in the PIVAS has become more sophisticated and rigorous,which can make full play of the functions of PIVAS.
