露源胶囊中枸杞子、女贞子的薄层色谱鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的改进露源胶囊的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对主要成分枸杞子和女贞子进行定性鉴别。结果薄层色谱斑点清晰,在与对照药材或对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色的荧光主斑点,阴性样品无干扰。结论该方法操作简便,专属性高,重复性好,可作为露源胶囊的质量控制方法。Objective To improve the TLC method for the identification of Luyuan Capsules. Methods The two chief herbs in the preparation,Lycium barbarum L and Ligustrum lucidum Ait were identified by TLC qualitatively. Results The spots of the TLC were clear,and the main spots of the same color were the same in those control drugs. The negative samples had no interference. Conclusion The method is simple,high specific with good repeatability,which can be used as the quality control method of the Luyuan Capsules.
