摘  要:为深入探究煤炭企业安全投入缺乏以及投入结构欠合理等问题,建立一个将多维度调控(MDC)权重、直觉三角模糊语言数(TIFLNs)及层次分析法(AHP)相结合,用以确定安全投入结构的MDC-TIFLNs-AHP方法。首先采用直觉三角模糊语言关联混合平均(R-TIFLNHA)算子算出评价权重向量;其次融合AHP及MDC权重计算各层次总体权重向量;最终对某煤炭企业各类安全投入进行排序。经计算得出,工业卫生投入最重要,之后依次为教育宣传投入、安全技术投入以及个体防护投入,与前人研究结果一致,验证了方法的正确性。结果表明,用MDC-TIFLNs-AHP能够完善安全投入结构、实现安全生产管理目标;合理的安全投入结构有助于企业安全生产,工业卫生及教育宣传的投入至关重要。In order to solve the problems of insufficient safety investment and irrational investment structure in coal enterprises, MDC-TIFLNs-AHP method of combining MDC weights, TIFLNs, and AHP was developed for determining the safety investment structure. Firstly, the Relational TIFLNs Hybrid Averaging(R-TIFLNHA) operator was used to determine the vector of evaluation weights. Secondly, the MDC weights were used with the AHP to calculate the initial evaluation weights. Finally, the safety investments were sorted by MDCTIFLNs-AHP for a coal certain enterprise in China. The result showed that industrial hygiene's investments are the most important, followed by education dissemination's investments, safety technology's investments and individual protection's investments. The result is consistent with previous findings and correctness of the method is confirmed. MDC-TIFLNs-AHP can be used to improve the structure of the safety investment of coal enterprises.
