摘　　要：目的探讨左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应特点,指导临床合理用药。方法将医院2015年1月至2016年3月的88例左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应病例作为研究对象,对患者年龄、用药剂量、不良反应类型、不良反应发生时间、患者临床表现进行统计和分析。结果与青年患者相比,中老年患者更易发生中枢神经系统不良反应;与中青年患者相比,老年患者更易发生消化系统不良反应;左氧氟沙星注射液正常用药剂量也可能引起不良反应,其中最常见的为皮肤及消化系统不良反应,好发于首次用药时,而中枢神经系统不良反应在首次用药时发生较少。结论掌握左氧氟沙星注射液不良反应的发生规律,才能更好地指导临床合理用药。Objective To study the characteristics of adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection to guide the clinical rational drug use.Methods The adverse reactions in 88 cases of levofloxacin injection in the hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected as the research subjects. The patients＇ age,drug dosage,types of adverse reactions,occurrence time of adverse reactions,and patients＇ clinical symptoms were analyzed statistically. Results Compared with the young patients,the adverse reactions in central nervous system were more liable to occur for middle- aged and elderly patients; compared with the middle- aged and young patients,the adverse reactions in digestive system was more liable to occur for elderly patients; the normal drug dosage of levofloxacin injection might also cause the adverse reactions,and the common adverse reaction were in skin and digestive systems,whichwere more occurred in the initial injection,while the adverse reaction in central nervous system was less occurred in the initial injection. Conclusion We can betterguide the clinical rational drug useby mastering the characteristics of adverse reactions of levofloxacin injection.
