摘 要:柴达木盆地涩北气田属于第四系生物成因气藏,储层埋藏浅、泥质疏松,在气田的开发过程中出砂严重,部分气井砂埋产层,地面设备严重损坏。通过改进优化低密度冲砂液配方,有效降低了储层伤害程度,研制连续油管旋转冲砂喷头,进一步提高了冲砂效率,解决了气井沉砂无法生产的问题,最终形成了以"地层控"、"井底防"、"井口除"和"井筒清"为技术思路的综合治砂方法 ,为该气田的高效开发和持续稳产提供了技术支撑。In Qaidam Basin, Sebei gasfield belongs to a biogenic Quaternary reservoir with shallow burial depth and unconsolidated rocks. In the process of its development, due to some serious problems about sand production, pay zone in many wells was buried by sand and ground facilities were badly damaged. In this study, the degree of formation damage was effectively lowered by optimizing the formula of low-density sand cleaning fluid. Through developing coiled-tubing rotating nozzle, the efficiency of sand cleaning was further increased and sand setting problems were solved. Finally, under the ideas of 'formation control', 'downhole prevention', 'wellhead removal', and 'wellbore cleaning', a comprehensive technology of sand control formed. It can provide favorable technical support for this field to achieve an efficient development and stable production.
