摘　　要：介绍了电脑横机机头的工作原理及编织过程中的动作控制要求,研究了一种基于模糊PID控制算法的永磁同步电动机(PMSM)伺服控制系统,并给出了系统模糊控制器的结构。仿真和实验结果表明,控制系统运行平稳,速度跟踪快速准确,同时具有较高的控制精度和较好的鲁棒性。This paper introduces the working principles of the computer knitting machine head and the action control requirements in the weaving process. It also proposes a permanent magnet synchronous motor servo control system, which is based on a fuzzy PID control algorithm and gives the structure of the fuzzy controller. The results of simulation and experiment demonstrate that the control system runs smoothly, its speed tracks quickly and precisely and it has high control precision and better robustness.
