摘  要:为了解决复杂事件下的电网故障问题,提出了一种基于复杂事件处理技术的电网故障诊断方法。该方法根据复杂事件处理技术理论,以保护动作信息和断路器动作信息为数据基础,以保护和断路器动作的逻辑以及电网故障诊断的实际情况作为故障信息关联和聚类的规则,做出故障诊断决策,识别故障元件;同时,提取故障录波信息中的故障特征量,对故障诊断的决策进行评价或对故障做进一步诊断;最后,用某地区电网的实际故障案例验证了所提出方法的有效性。To solve the problem of power system fault under complex events, this paper presented a power system fault diagnosis method based on complex event processing technology. Based on the theory of complex event processing technology, using the alarm information from SCADA as data base, the proposed method associates and clusters the alarms according to the relay protection action and circuit breaker action logic. Then makes the fault diagnosis decision and determines the fault devices. At the same time, extracts the fault characteristics from fault recorder data, and judges the decision of fault diagnosis or makes more detailed decision. Finally, based on a practical fault case that occurred in a regional power grid, the validity of the proposed method for fault diagnosis was verified.
