摘 要:当前配用电通信网络采用业务与通信网络紧耦合的建设模式,存在网络可靠性不高、通信资源利用率低、运维管理工作量大、重复建设现象严重等问题。文章通过调研配用电业务、通信技术和安全防护现状,分析配用电业务统一承载网络需求,研究配用电通信网络多业务隔离和基于QoS机制的通信性能保障技术,提出了基于配用电业务统一承载网络的总体架构及具体实现方案,实现了配用电业务和通信网络的解耦,解决了当前建设模式存在的问题,可为电力终端通信接入网工程建设提供参考。The current construction mode of power distribution and utilization communication network is tightly coupled with service and network. It has caused many problems with this construction mode, such as low reliability and communication resource utilization, high workload of OAM and redundant construction and so on. Through investigation on the current situation of power distribution and utilization services, communication technology and safety protection, requirement analysis of power distribution and utilization services unified bearing network, study of multi-services isolation and communication performance guarantee technology based on QoS mechanism, this paper proposes an architecture and implementation scheme of multi-service unified bearing network with decoupling of service and network. The new construction mode can solve the problems of the traditional one, and it can provide reference for power terminal communication access network construction.
