摘　　要：我国的志愿服务事业伴随着大批大学生志愿者的热心参与,志愿服务在我国经济社会发展中发挥越来越重要的作用。志愿服务,是当下动员和组织大学生广泛参与社会主义核心价值观建设与培育的有效载体,是培育大学生社会主义核心价值观的示范平台,是加速大学生社会化的重要途径,能促进大学生人力资源开发、完善人力资源配置,有助于大学生公民意识和公共精神的培养。Voluntary services are increasingly essential to China＇ s economic growth, and meanwhile, many college students are quite enthuastie about joining volunteers. Such volunteer activities help these students be involved in the building and development of Socialist Core Value. They work as the standard -bearer of Socialist Core Value Education, an important channel to make students more united and patriotic, develop the potential of college students, allocate resources, and raise their awareness of the citizenship and the community work.
